Montez nominated the church and says, "Of all the churches I have ever been a part of First Creek has such a sweet spirit about it. We all love one another and you can feel that love. Our pastor is such a Godly man and you know he cares about you. His desire is to preach the word and to win as many to the Lord as God allows. He loves everybody and shows it not only through the preached word but also through his actions. We are a small congregation but one that truly loves the Lord and has a desire to reach the lost for Christ. When asked what our church had to offer, the answer was and is simple. JESUS ! ! !"
