WRAF Manager's Report - December 11, 2009

This Monday begins our 3 day Christmas party at the WRAF studios and you are the special guest. Bring your entire family for a celebration of the Savior Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9 AM to 4 PM daily.

Come tour our broadcast facility at Toccoa Falls College, meet your favorite air-personalities, and enjoy homemade goodies plus hot coffee, apple cider, and cocoa.

Christmas is a time to remember Jesus for the gift of salvation he offers to everyone who believes in Him and we want to honor Him by giving gifts. There’s gifts from our ministry partners for everyone who attends the open-house.

We are also asking you to bring a gift to help us stock a local food pantry and pregnancy resource center. If at all possible bring a can food item or something that would benefit a struggling mother who makes that bold decision to keep her baby.

I am so thankful for you who have taken the time to fill out the response card in our recent newsletter and return it to us with a heartfelt gift. If you received the Christmas newsletter and haven’t completed your gift form, please do so at your earliest convenience.

It’s important for WRAF to receive $100,000 in support this month and as of today we have just a little over $16,000.

If you prefer to give online we now have a new donation service in place at myfavoritestation.net.

We can now accept debit cards plus American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card.

You can contribute directly from your bank account using your checking or savings account info and you can set up recurring gifts for whatever day of the month works best for you.

Join your friends at WRAF for a weeklong celebration at our broadcast studios on the TFC campus.

We will have an open-house Monday (December 15) thru Friday (December 19) during the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.

Bring your family for hot chocolate, coffee, apple cider, and homemade cookies.Take a tour our studios and the beautiful waterfalls. There will also have an ornament exchange where you can swap out that gaudy ornament your aunt Gertrude made for a normal looking one from our tree or one of the ornaments brought in by another listener. (As a Red Sox fan a Derek Jeter ornament qualifies as an "ugly" ornament).

Everyone who comes receives a free Christmas gift from WRAF.
